1. Valid drivers license or FL ID Card

2. 18yrs old or High School Diploma or GED

3. Ability to pass Level II Clearing House Background Screen

Ability to meet the following ( but not limited to) physical requirements ofa CNA

• Stand and Walk for long periods

• Bend, twist and reach

• Repeat the same movements

• Use muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects

• Use one or two hands to grasp, move and assemble
